The 2025 four-day Prime Day event set a new record, with U.S. online sales hitting $24.1 billion—a 30% increase from 2024. Dongsung Pharmaceutical posted strong performance with its premium hair dye brand eZn and its clean beauty line Herb.
The Herb Speedy Color Cream, made with vegan ingredients to reduce scalp irritation, received enthusiastic feedback from U.S. consumers—driving repeat purchases and building brand trust through positive reviews. The newly launched SevenEight Gray Coverage Tint also gained traction, with smart packaging and promotional strategies accelerating its sales momentum, according to the company.

The sales boost was fueled by a partnership with global e-commerce agency Clictive, as well as localized Amazon product listings and targeted digital advertising across social media and search platforms. Dongsung emphasized that its success stemmed from tailored strategies designed specifically for local consumer preferences—not just from having a marketplace presence.
“This performance underscores both the quality of our products and the strength of our brand strategy,” said Wonkyun Na, chief executive of Dongsung Pharmaceutical. “We aim to more than double our North American sales this year and establish ourselves as a leading global K-beauty brand.”
