In the hospital's emergency department, AI systems analyze computed tomography scans in real time to detect potential cerebral hemorrhage and cardiovascular conditions. These systems alert medical staff to critical findings before radiologists complete their interpretations. In patient wards, AI monitors vital signs, identifying early warning signs of cardiac arrest to enable rapid intervention by healthcare teams.
The hospital has adopted several domestically developed AI technologies, all approved by South Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare. Key systems include "DeepCAS" for cardiac arrest prediction, "Aview NeuroCAD" for cerebral hemorrhage diagnosis, "HeartMediPlus" for coronary blood flow assessment, and "ECG Buddy" for electrocardiogram analysis.

Beyond diagnostics, Ilsan Paik Hospital has implemented a digital patient-centered platform. Patients can schedule appointments, process payments, and access medical records online, while test results and prescriptions are available via smartphone.
The hospital plans to expand its use of AI and digital technologies, aiming to establish a new standard for treating critically ill patients in northwestern Gyeonggi Province.
